Sylvia Stave
Sylvia Stave, born in Sweden, in Växjö, in 1908, worked as a silversmith in Stockholm and Paris. In 1929 she began collaborating as a designer, and soon enough as design manager, with C. G. Hallberg Guldsmeds A.B. In 1937 she moved to Paris, where she won an award at the World Exhibition. After a brief return to her native country to design the Hallberg collection in 1939, she moved definitively to Paris in 1940.
