Round basket in silvered brass. A critical reconstruction of a historic design which never entered production, attributed to Josef Hoffmann. The only trace of this basket was a photograph of a prototype that was found during research on Hoffmann. From this photograph, Peter Arnell and Ted Bickford reconstructed its every detail, starting with the stylised rose (one of the symbols of Wiener Wekstätte) that decorates the edge.
