Flower vase in 18/10 stainless steel, mirror polished. Mario Botta had been working on designing a flower vase for Alessi since 1994, exploring an area that probed the borders of craft working, art and design. Between 2001 and 2002 he concentrated on the design of a stainless steel vase with forms inspired by nature: an abstract and linear trunk of a cut tree, with its branches.
