La Cupola, presented four years after La Conica, is the latest development in Aldo Rossis on-going research into coffee makers. I believe it to be the coffee makers par excellence in our catalogue. Cast from aluminium and sold at around a third of the price of its older sister (which is made from stainless steel and has a thick copper base), it is Rossis answer to the classic espresso coffee maker, and his attempt to fulfil his dream of a coffee maker for all.
