Alessi renovates its collaboration with French star cook Alain Ducasse by sponsoring the newly opened 'Ecole de Cuisine',  Rue du Ranelagh 64 in Paris' 16th Arrondissement.
A brand new 700 square-metre space offering a relaxed atmosphere which includes four kitchens equipped with Alessi items, a wine cellar for wine tasting, a meeting hall and a shop with a selection of products of the main sponsoring companies.
Alain Ducasse together with French designer Patrick Jouin designed for Alessi the Pasta Pot in 2007 thus introducing a new way to cook pasta.
