400 g fresh egg tagliatelle

125 g butter

black truffle to taste

salt and pepper to taste

water

This recipe for tagliatelle with truffle is extremely easy to prepare. Boil the tagliatelle in plenty of salted water.

While the pasta is cooking, slowly melt the butter in a non-stick pan. When fully melted, grate in some of the black truffle set aside for the tagliatelle.

Remove the tagliatelle from the water while they are still quite firm and place them directly in the truffle condiment. Carry on cooking the pasta in the condiment, adding more of the cooking water until it is cooked. Serve the pasta into the dishes and grate plenty more black truffle on top. Your tagliatelle with truffle is ready!
