Dressed
Dressed, designed for Alessi by Dutch designer Marcel Wanders, is a series of pots embellished with original decorative motifs. The classical rule requires that the decoration should be in the most important and most eye-catching parts, but Wanders applied it in mimetic spaces, somewhat hidden, sometimes unseen to a first glance. The same name of the series, Dressed, indicates a decoration conceived as a beautiful dress, which serves to highlight the contents without having the upper hand.
