Important Notice: Extended Shipping Times
Due to the high volume of orders during Black Friday, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.

Our team is working tirelessly to prepare your packages with care and ship them as quickly as possible.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding. Rest assured, we will keep you updated on the status of your order and notify you as soon as it is shipped.

Deliveries of products purchased on www.alessi.com take place within 3-5 working days (Monday-Friday).*

Orders placed before 9.30 will be processed the same day if working, orders placed after 9.30 will be processed approximately the following working day.

 We offer free shipping for orders over 149€ with standard service. Free shipping is not available to certain destinations such as: Cyprus.

Once the order will be despatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email in which you will find a link to follow the delivery.

Please note that couriers may take more than 5 days to deliver to certain destinations (ie. minor islands, disadvantaged areas).

Delivery times may incur delays during:

• extraordinary circumstances

• holiday periods: Christmas, Summer Bank Holiday and National Holidays

• events beyond the control of those involved in the distribution chain, such as natural disasters, road blocks due to strikes, events, car accidents, visits by public figures, and so on.

• inventory (first week of January)

The courier chosen for the delivery of orders towards Europe is DHL. Depending on the delivery area, UPS could assign deliveries to local couriers.

Couriers do not deliver during the weekend, on holidays and pre-holidays, or national holidays (i.e. Christmas, Summer Bank Holiday, ect.).

Shipping costs may be different depending on the destination. The minimum transport cost is 13,00 euros. You will be able to visualize the specific shipping cost for your order before checking out.
