  • The oval cast iron casserole of La Cintura di Orione series is dedicated to gourmets who are looking for the quality of professional tools at home. This cast iron cocotte is the receptacle suitable for controlled cooking at long temperature, such as braising and stewing. Following the indications of starred chefs Raymond Thuilier and Jean André Charial, it is made of high-density cast iron to ensure heat stabilization.
